Janet Arnold, Registered Psychotherapist, MACP, RECE
Psychotherapist & Parent Consultant | Owner and Director of Finding Solutions
Janet Arnold is the Owner and Director of Finding Solutions and a Registered Psychotherapist providing psychotherapy and parent consultation for individuals, couples, and families. She is also a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) and a certified Triple P Practitioner, offering a developmentally informed approach to mental health and parenting support.
Janet holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) and is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Her work integrates evidence-based and relational approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Narrative Therapy, and trauma-informed care. She also draws from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based strategies, and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)
Janet works with children, parents, adults, couples, and families navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, parenting challenges, emotional regulation, relationship stress, and major life transitions, including perimenopause and menopause. Her approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each client’s developmental and relational context.
In addition to clinical practice, Janet provides consultation, training, and program development for schools and community organizations, supporting inclusive, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming practices.
Janet is the author of the award-winning children’s book What Do You See When You Take a Look at Me? and co-author of How to Explain a Diagnosis to a Child: An Interactive Resource Guide for Parents and Professionals.
She is an active community leader and holds memberships with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE), the Learning Disabilities Association of York-Simcoe, and the Centre for Exceptional Children.

Nick Taglione, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), MACP
Grief & Bereavement Therapist | Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Nick Taglione is an Associate Therapist in independent practice, working in affiliation with Finding Solutions. He is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology.
Nick has a strong clinical focus in grief therapy and bereavement counselling, supporting individuals experiencing loss related to death, illness, life transitions, relationship changes, and anticipatory grief. He works with adults navigating complicated grief, prolonged grief, and emotional adjustment following loss, offering structured and compassionate support during difficult periods.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brock University and is a passionate advocate for individuals living with chronic and invisible illnesses, including Crohn’s disease. Nick has volunteered with the Free Counselling Society of Canada and holds a Certificate in General Psychiatric Management for Borderline Personality Disorder from Harvard Medical School.
Nick offers grief counselling, bereavement support, and psychotherapy for a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, men’s issues, chronic illness, self-esteem, sexuality, and stress. His therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, Experiential Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.
Nick prioritizes creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental therapeutic space and offers a free consultation to help new clients determine therapeutic fit.

Rachel Blake, BCBA, RBA, MPEd.
ABA Clinical Supervisor | Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Rachel Blake is an ABA Clinical Supervisor in independent practice, working in affiliation with Finding Solutions. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) with over 10 years of experience supporting children and youth with developmental, behavioural, and communication needs.
Rachel began her career as a Communicative Disorders Assistant and went on to complete her Master’s degree at Western University. She provides clinical supervision and consultative ABA services in community and school-based settings, working collaboratively with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.
Known for her warm, compassionate, and strengths-based approach, Rachel supports caregivers through guidance, coaching, and capacity-building. Her work is provided exclusively within Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and is designed to complement psychotherapy, parent consultation, and broader developmental supports.
